General Conditions
The following travel conditions apply to all Passenger Customers purchasing Na.vi.gest. s.r.l.s services.

1. – SUPPLIER
1.1 The transportation service is provided by Na.vi.gest. s.r.l.s, with registered office at Via V. E. Orlando, 28 – 90049 Terrasini (PA). VAT number 07083570825

1.2 The terms "Mini-Cruise," "Excursion," and "Tour" always refer to simple multi-leg maritime transportation of the passenger between the selected destinations. The purchase of a travel ticket entitles the passenger to maritime transportation only for the route covered; no additional services are provided during the journey and/or during land stops.

2. – ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Supply, set forth in this document, may be updated or modified at any time by the Supplier, who will promptly notify the Customer via the website www.navigestterrasini.com.
2.2 These Conditions, which govern the provision of the Na.vi.gest. s.r.l.s service, must be reviewed online by the Passenger Customer, who confirms full knowledge and acceptance.
The Customer Service team is available for any clarifications.
2.3 These General Conditions of Supply are written in Italian.

3. – THE SERVICE
3.1 Na.vi.gest. s.r.l.s. provides a passenger transport service to and from San Vito lo Capo.
3.2 This is a seasonal service, operated from May to September, every day, including holidays, according to the seasonal schedule available on the website www.navigestterrasini.com.
3.3 Any cancellation of the service due to force majeure or technical operational needs of Na.vi.gest. s.r.l.s. will entitle you to a refund.
3.4 The services "offered on board" are subject to a fee.
3.5 The service is provided using a fleet of state-of-the-art motor vessels. Each vessel undergoes standard inspections, and all motor vessels are RiNA certified.
4. – RESERVATIONS AND TICKET PURCHASE
4.1 Tickets can be purchased through the website www.navigestterrasini.com, at participating accommodation facilities, travel agencies, and tour operators.
4.2 Online purchases are made simultaneously with booking.
4.3 Upon booking, the Customer declares that he or she is of legal age and ensures that all information provided is accurate, correct, and complete.
4.4 The ticket is valid only for the transportation specified therein. The passenger is required to safeguard the ticket as proof of his or her right to travel and to present it to any ship's officer or Company official upon request.
4.5 Purchase of the ticket constitutes proof of the passenger's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Supply described herein.
4.6 After purchasing online, the Customer will receive an email confirming the booking and purchase of the service, which will be used to arrange transportation.
If purchasing from a partner agency or accommodation facility, all travel documentation will be delivered to the Passenger by the person making the purchase.
4.7 Services can be purchased online up to 2 hours before departure.

5. – TICKET PRICE
5.1 Fares include charges for the service provided. The ticket price includes sea transportation, insurance coverage (third-party liability) with adequate coverage, and onboard services expressly indicated in the description of each individual route.
5.2 Current fares vary according to the season.
5.4 The fare applied is for a single route or multiple routes and per individual Passenger.

6. – CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, ANNULMENTS
6.1 The date of the purchased service cannot be changed.
6.2 Tickets purchased online and at the ticket office are non-refundable, except in the cases referred to in Article 6.4.
6.3 Any requests for changes and/or refunds regarding travel tickets purchased through authorized intermediaries must be submitted to and handled by the same intermediaries.
6.4 The Supplier reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time before its commencement, pursuant to Law No. 1084 of 27/12/1977, with no obligation other than to refund the amounts paid by the Customer. The Company reserves the right to make changes to schedules and/or itineraries and/or ship changes without notice due to adverse weather conditions, heavy port traffic, and/or carrier requirements.

7 – TICKET AND VOUCHER
7.1 After completing the online purchase, the Passenger will receive all relevant documentation and must print a copy to show to staff.
7.2 The voucher does not entitle the Passenger to board; it must be exchanged (for a travel document) at the indicated ticket offices.
7.3 For purchases made at Na.vi.gest. ticket offices, the voucher must be replaced with a travel document. s.r.l.s., travel agencies, accommodation facilities, and affiliated tour operators, the Passenger will receive a copy of the documentation certifying the purchase.
The same conditions set forth in sections 7.1 and 7.2 apply.
7.4 Any complaints arising from incorrect registration must be submitted directly to the providers (accommodation facilities, travel agencies, tour operators).

8 – CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT
8.1 The service is organized by Na.vi.gest. s.r.l.s.
Passengers will find the details of the purchased trip on the documents received at the time of purchase.
8.2 Upon receipt of logistical information, on the day of the trip, the Passenger is required to:
a) arrive for boarding thirty minutes before the indicated departure time.
b) Failure to arrive for boarding by the time indicated in the previous point does not entitle the Passenger to any refund.
c) All times will be confirmed on board by the Captain via intercom. In case of doubt, the Passenger should consult a crew member before leaving the ship.
d) The company reserves the right to make changes to programs and/or schedules in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, force majeure, or technical or operational needs.

9. – SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
9.1 For any assistance and to learn about procedures for transporting wheelchair users or those with other mobility difficulties, please contact Customer Service at +39 3893166107 before booking.
Communicating any mobility-related needs in advance will allow us to provide better service.

10. – LUGGAGE
10.1 It is strictly forbidden to transport dangerous goods of any kind on board; violators will be reported to the competent authorities.

11. – TRANSPORTATION OF PETS
11.1 The transport of pets is permitted upon prior notification.

12. – USE OF THE SITE – COPYRIGHT – SOFTWARE
12.1 All content on this website www.navigestterrasini.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Na.vi.gest. s.r.l.s. and is protected by copyright laws.

13. – USE OF THE LOGO.
13.1 NA.VI.GEST. S.R.L.S. is a registered trademark.
The company may grant, in writing and for a limited period, use of the trademark for the sole purpose of promoting its services.
Anyone authorized to use the trademark must comply with all instructions expressly provided by Na.vi.gest. s.r.l.s. In the event of improper use of the trademark, the company reserves the right to take legal action to obtain full compensation for any material or moral damages.

14. – NOTICE PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 – PRIVACY PROTECTION
14.1 Na.vi.gest. s.r.l.s. manages all data relating to its Customers in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, relating to the "Personal Data Protection Code," which implements European Union Directives in this area in Italy.
14.2 The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.
14.3 The interested party has the right to obtain information on: a) the source of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means; d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 2; e) the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge of processing.
14.4 The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification, or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, except where such compliance proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected.
14.5 The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for conducting market research or commercial communications.
